REGISTRATION
Pre-registration is available on Karelo. Registration is available the morning of the event, but we encourage pre-registration on Karelo to minimize delays and save you money!
For current members, the fee for pre-registered entries is $30. On-site registration is $40. For brand new members, this qualifies as your first free event. Sign up below to claim your event credit.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Membership is *required* for this event and is available on-line for $50 (only $40 before March 31). The entry fee will be waived for renewing members who: a) held a VCMC membership prior to 1997 or b) have not held a VCMC membership in the past 5 years. Sign up below to claim your event credit.
Helmets are required (minimum Snell 2000). Loaner helmets are available. Drivers must have a valid drivers licence or permit. All vehicles must undergo a technical inspection at the event.

EVENT FORMAT
The morning session will be practice runs to allow competitors to shake off rust and "scrub in" their 20 year old slicks (bring your own Formula V spray). Official competition runs begin in the afternoon and will be scored on best PAX time with penalties. Drivers will be divided into three teams: Alumni (pre 1997), Newbies (2007+), and Senior (everyone else). The team with the best PAX score (average PAX time of top 5 team members) wins the 2011 Invitational.
SITE RESTRICTIONS
The BC Driving Centre has a strict sound limit of 92dB. In most cases this means full exhaust system with a quiet muffler and sound insulation for race engines. Baffles and turndowns are good to have on hand.
ON-SITE BBQ
We'll be firing up the grill and serving up some barbeque during the event. Free for current club members, but sign up below so we know how much food to bring.

Location: BC Driving Center (Pitt Meadows Airport)
Gates open @ 7:30 am.Tech closes @ 8:15am,
Reg closes @ 8:30am (sharp!).
Driver's meeting is at 9 am.
Please note these times are strictly enforced and anyone not registered/tech'd by 8:30am will not be allowed to run. Please allow enough time for car prep and registration.

How do I get there?
Rules at BCDC:
- Drive the speed limit to and from the event. Obey all signs.
- Exhaust noise maximum 92 db (Zero tolerance)
- NO!-Speeding, burn-outs, loud stereos or excessive noise.
- Respect the local residents. It is a privilege to be here, and we are guests. Act accordingly.
- You must Keep your car under control at all times.
- Do not lock up your brakes.
- No doughnuts or continual tire smoke.
- No exhibition driving.
VCMC has the right to refuse entry to anyone attending this event who does not comply with these rules. You will forfeit your entry fee without recourse.
Breaking these rules at any time of the event from beginning to end, will get you banned from all other local autocross events and the BC Driving Center.
