To keep your skills sharp during the winter season, VCMC is proud to present our tech session for March 2012 on iRacing -- the online, subscription-based racing simulation that is marketed as both an entertainment service and a training tool for real life racers. Our presenters, Richard Basford and Nigel Koit, will give a presentation to help anyone interested in iRacing to get involved, get set up, and get faster! They will discuss the advantages iRacing brings to their personal, real world driving, and then move on to finer points in getting the most out of the driving sim: from hardware, settings, practice, races, etc. Richard and Nigel will share their tips and experience to get you faster in both the virtual and real racing worlds.

We kindly thank The Blackmarkers for their generosity in hosting us, and for allowing us to use their equipment and facilities for demonstration purposes at the members' meeting. The meeting will be held at the upper level of the unit, and attending members are reminded that they should bring their own chairs (foldable camping chairs would do nicely) to the meeting. Last but not least, VCMC members have been generously offered a 30% discount on anything in store.
