Trailer Clean Up Party Redux -- Sun, April 7 @ 9:30

Hey folks,

With the autox seasoning coming up fast, we need to do our annual trailer clean up to ensure all our gear are as trouble-free as they can be, and trailer is as free of clutter as it can possibly be.

We are aiming to start at around 9:30am on Sunday, and we'll meet at the Meadowvale Plaza's McDonald's.

Lunch will be provided to all volunteers.




The following is a non-exhaustive list of what we'll need to do:

- sort through the timing desk, bins, boxes and containers to throw junk out
- fire up the generator and put the timing desk battery on charge
- plug in the timing lights, timer and computer, and do a trial to make sure its all working OK. Check out display boards if they are available. Flag any repairs needed.
- plug in and check out public address and FM radio components
- check and repair the portable tents
- sort through and toss out any junk cones

As before, we'll need as many helpers as we can get.
