It seems the rulebook only lists up to 2014, in FS.
Would the 2015 also be there?

That's a good question ... have you tried some other forums? Maybe some US events have had 2015 model S cars running. However, I would think that FS would still be appropriate for the purposes of VCMC Cup events. -
