  • Insurance for your trailered cars?

Throwing this question out there to all of you who drag your race cars to the track...

I have recently procured a nice flatdeck, and am looking at dragging some cars to some rally events in the interior and Washington state. If the truck is insured and the trailer is insured, and the cars have storage policies on them - am I covered? Does anyone here get extra coverage for the car they are dragging or do you just risk it? ICBC is super foggy on this one and the broker I talked to was utterly useless.

    Thanks!

No. Storage policy does not cover vehicle when off your private property or while in motion.

You purchase a short term permit the vehicle if concerned about theft, vandalism, or damage while towing.
