  • FSS PAX Index changed?

My new 2002 rulebook sez that FSS PAX is .809 yet the latest CACC results say the PAX is .833 - the same as FSP!

    An honest boo boo?

This doesn't put food on your table, it's supposed to be fun. If you're not having fun, you're doing something wrong.

yes, we haven't update our timing software with the new 2002 PAX index yet. I apologize on that part. However, the result posted now is UNOFFICIAL. The official result will be posted soon once we finalize it.

Thank you Greg for pointing out the mistake! too bad there's no prize for it

Since we're using 2001 classes, won't the PAX indexes remain the same as last year?

Actually Mike, for SS and SP, the CACC PAX numbers do change to the 2002 numbers. CACC is running the same 6-class (A to F) system as SCCA's SP category. CACC has only elected to remain w/ the 2001 'Stock' category listings and thus the Stock PAX numbers stay the same.
