June 1st Test and Tune crew wanted

Hello all,

As this is a new format event, I'll be organizing the event. I'm currently looking for the following positions:

Workers Coordinator (COW)
Registration Manager
Tech Manager (COT)
Timing/Scoring Manager
Chief of Clean-up

I'm also looking for four course setup helpers. I'm designing the course for saturday, however the format will be flexible, based on what the participants want to do with the day.

Could we do some of the June 1st tech requirements during Wednesday's (May 29th) pre-tech session? It would save some time on Saturday.

I can make up a list of those who pre-teched for Saturday's event.

If this is OK then I can co-op some of the other tech volunteers to finish up on Saturday.

Rod, that sounds great. We're actually working on a way to streamline the whole tech procedure, for example, one tech per month so that we can move events faster.
