            Hi there,

I am wanting to register for the first time to participate as a novice/new-comer (I do not have any experience to Auto-Cross) and would like to know what class my 2004 BMW 330ci would fall under?
(I have looked at the SCCA rules and am unable to locate the class.)
Will the event day also have loaner helmets for rental of will I need to provide myself one?

Thanks in advance for the help, appreciate it greatly.
            - Sol

P.S. Is there any other first timer information I should be aware of or would be good to know? Thanks.

Welcome! You will be in G Street (GS)

Loaner helmets are available. When you arrive there will be designated parking. Get yourself parked and find the table for registration and check yourself in. Tell them you are a novice and they'll give you some instruction. There will be a person assigned to help novices as well as a course walk for novices to give you some basic instruction and pointers. You'll find most everybody is friendly and helpful - don't be afraid to ask for help or direction.

In the meantime, you can familiarize yourself with these two threads (although they may not mean much to you yet).

                Hi there!

Thanks for all the detailed information.
Helps a lot I appreciate it, made my registration process not as challenging as it may have been.

I will make sure to keep these things in mind and check out the two threads for more information.

Another question, will the way to enter into the event site be off of Ford Rd/McTavish Rd? Thanks in advance.

Yes, that's the one. Watch out for gravel, they're building a helipad nearby and the driveway isn't in top shape at the moment.

We just reconfigured it. All ladies are scored separately AND in the standard groups as well. 2 chances to win. Just make sure to select "Ladies" during the reg process. You can see an example of the results from out last event Cup 1.

                          Hi,
This is my first time, beginner in Auto cross, no experience. I would like to know what class my 2017 Ford Mustang GT under.

                          Thanks
                          Wilson
