VCMC 2020 "Spring" Test-n-Tune - Saturday, Feb 29, 2020
Location: JIBC/ YPK Integrated Training Centre (Pitt Meadows Airport)

This event caters to intermediate-experienced drivers who are looking to get every last ounce of performance out or their car. However, Novices are welcome too. First timers will not be permitted. This is an event to facilitate the club so that members can get their cars and themselves prepared for a high level of competition.
This event will be capped at 40 people
Schedule:
7:30 am: Course Open for Walking
7:30-8:30 am: Registration & Tech
8:30 am: Driver's Meeting
9:00 am: First cars on morning courses
Morning:

Afternoon: Combine the two courses into 1 larger. 2 run groups. 2 cars on course at a time.

12:30 pm: Lunch / Course Change
1:30 pm: Course Walks
2:00 pm: Driver's Meeting
2:15 pm: Heat 1
3:15 pm: Heat 2
4:15 Finish & Cleanup
Entry Fee:
$75 regular fee
*Membership is included. You automatically become a member when you register and attend an event.
No drop-in, online registration only.

Power-Street (SS, AS, BS, FS, XS, CAM)
Quick-Street (CS, DS, SSC)
Lite-Street (ES, GS, HS, HCS)
Quick Touring (STS, STX, STH, STU, STP, STR)
Race (All Street Prepared, Prepared, Street Modified & Modified Classing:
If you don't know your class please refer to SCCA rules or post your car details in this thread and we will help you.
BC Driving Centre sound policy:
Any vehicles exceeding 92dB measured at 50 feet or showing excessive tire squealing may be asked to stop running by the organizers.
Please be mindful of your open wastegates.
Volunteering:
Please keep in mind VCMC is a non-profit organization run by volunteers.
Events will only run as smoothly as you are willing to contribute.

- Course 1: Outside lines and faster flowing elements. Timing system running. 1 car at a time. next driver can go once the previous car returns
- Course 2: Inside lines with slower elements.. 1 car at a time. Timing setup (if we can get the backup system running)
