Cacc license?

who do i talk to about my cacc license?
i registered for one at the last pre-tech for championship event #1,.. i was told that i will receive it in the mail, but i havnt received it yet,.
has anyone registered and not got it yet?

Most likely, the licenses will be handed out on Sunday. I'm waiting for my card as wel.
