June 15 Closed Club - CANCELLED

Test and Tune #2 on June 15 is officially cancelled, however, we want to get an idea of how many members will take part in a 2-day closed club event on June 15th & 16th.

The club will lose the lot rental deposit if we cancel the event. On the other hand, we don't want to host a 40 entrants Sat closed club. We will announce on Monday if it's a go. Voice your opinions now!

From the financial side of things it should only take 50 cars to break even (lot plus insurance)? If that is the case it probably makes more sense to run it than loose our deposit (?).

we decided to throw this to our members to decide. We really don't want to lose $200 simply because we never ran 2 days closed club.

How about make it a little cheaper for driver who will run in both day.
Say $40 for 2 day and regular price for single day?
Anyway, I'll be in at least 1 day no matter what.

Problem is, the club has to pay for D&O insurance and for the lot. Fees have to cover the costs.

If it Saturday is a go ... and its not raining I'll attend.
