From Farzaan Kassam:

"We are going to run a Solo 2 event that has a higher average speed. It will meet all of the regular rulebook requirements, just a bit quicker than what we typically run. VCMC has been making really low speed courses this past two years so we want to step them up a bit. The goal is to try and bridge the gap between the regular low speed Solo 2 and the really high speed Solo 1 and to also prepare our members with the US courses that they will be tackling at Tour, etc. Rulebook says that the fastest SP car should not go any faster than 110km/h. We will likely crank up the average speed and keep the top speed around 100-110km/h."

Nope, this is a Solo 2 event Richard, should be a good chance for you to get lots more seat time!
