Me personally I'd get more out of a test n tune since i really need some test time before CNAC, but that's just my vote

I agree with Mason. I've run "faster" autox's... another 30km/hr on a straight shoot isn't 30% more fun.

As a new to the racing scene racer, what does CPE mean to me? Is it a race day or something else?

Club Practice Event. You need to be a VCMC member to participate. The events tend to be pretty relaxed and casual. Lots of people going for ride-alongs with drivers, and some people trying each others' cars.
