is Sep 27th a closed club event?

I have a friend that would like to come out and try autocross. Does he have to join the club or can he just show up and pay for a day license & event fee? (how much $ is that)

He'll have to pay $40 for club membership. This includes his first event fees applicable on that day. His membership will be good until the end of 2004.

In the beginning of sept I went to the velocity school and i have paid for my member fee as well. Does that means i don't have to pay for the sept27?
