Will we also have to be working during this time?

If we are morning session, is it guaranteed that we will be driving by 9:30? Normally we run late and it's no big deal but if paying for a specific time amount I think it's important...

Option 1 - work assignment as usual
Option 2 - no work assignment, but if you hit cones, you drive back out right away to put the course back together
        What do you prefer?

If you can all guarantee to show up at 6:30am to help setup, then we can guarantee that you will be driving by 9:30am. Don't forget autox is a volunteer sport.

If everyone has to drive back and set up their cones, it will cut the race time to about 1/3 of the day and cut total runs for the day to 1/3. That's useless.

I liked yesterday's setup with 3 groups: one is working and two are racing. That worked out well.

I agree, yesterday's setup was excellent.

              Hmm choices!

Morning is good because I'm alert and not suffering sunstroke.

Afternoon is good because it will definitely start on time and wont have the "teething" problems we sometimes do first thing.

              And then there's all day...

Carson, count me in for Course Set-up as of now...I have to make sure I have to drive that day, I'll help out as much in the morning, and then still work my work assignments, so Don won't have to be out there as much if he needs to tune and get things ready on the race car.

Is this event out at Boundary Bay? This is what is listed on the Event Calendar but for some reason I thought we weren't using Boundary Bay anymore. Please advise. How far I have to drive impacts whether I want to do the morning or afternoon session!

                  Thanks

                      Signed up. =)

So we can only help set up if we're there at 6:30, or can we show up a bit later?

sure, you can help setup something else if you come later, there is always work to do, thanks for offering to help.
